Personal Description:

I am graduate, summa cum laude, from Italian's top universities, Oriental Studies University in Naples, and full trained at the International House in London and qualified to teach Italian language.

Over many years I have been tutoring Italian to professionals of the City of London, intellectually curious learners of Italian as well as children, school and university students or scholars with an innovative personal approach.
All the students I have tutored for public examinations has achieved the highest grade. Equally students, from whatever reason they choose to learn Italian, finish by being able to speak, understand or deal in Italian proficiently and to the highest standard and eventually improve their work related performances

My method of working implements a knot between myself and my students and I am at the student’s disposal for any language related problem to be solved.

My method of working has obtained excellent results; I rely on authentic materials as newspaper's reading or songs listening and the lesson is always enjoyable and full of intellectual stimulation therefore my students are able to read and write as well as give and listen to reports or deal in any other business issue in Italian

Teaching Approach:

I have been trained according to the CELTA standards and follow that approach.
Each student is an individual with different background and aims. The lesson is tailored aiming to a final target and according to the student's learning attitude.
Building up confidence is the first step, using a functional approach and authentic material, as newspaper reading, to elicit the student's speaking skill or song's listening for fluency and word's stress.
The second step constructs the language rules, grammar or logic, with the help of a communicative method and all sort of authentic materials mixed with more traditional for of exercises
The third step drills on specific vocabulary and grammar, more refined and accurate use of the Language's nuances and its logic.
