Information About Mona - Waltham Forest teacher

Personal Description:

I am a very dedicated and patinate person. Coming from a male dominant country (IRAN) I believe that you can achieve your goals if you try hard and believe in yourself. I love teaching as by sharing your knowledge you grow and learn more and can become a better person. I love playing guitar or listening to music. Also I enjoy writing short stories.

Teaching Experience:

I was volunteering at my daughter's school as a teacher helper. I have helped students with Math/English problems. I have volunteered at toy library and loved reading stories for children. I have also taught English to foreign students to achieve their professional degree (IELTS) or improve their general English knowledge from beginners to advanced. Currently I am a mentor at Civil Engineering Institution helping graduates to achieve their Chartership.

Teaching Approach:

I will start with a free session to know my pupil and their strength and weaknesses. I speak to them and their parents/guardians and where appropriate I will speak to their teachers to find out what is the best way for them. My teaching is very child/Adult-centered. I will always try to find an alternative and innovative way to teach math/English as every single student is different. I will listen to their needs and with them I will build up their confidence and achieve success.
