Information About Michelle - Hunstanton teacher

Personal Description:

I'm an enthusiastic fun teacher to know who is professional and dedicated to getting results. I'm very much a peoples' person and love teaching! I ' m a dedicated mother who lived and worked in Italy for 20 years so I've met many people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds. I've brought up my 2 two sons in a bilingual enviroment so the are very open minded.

Teaching Experience:

I started teachingin Italy more than 20 years ago. I've worked in various schools, colleges ,offices and had my own business. I've taught people of all ages from the very young, my oldest student to date was a lovely, retired lady in her 70s who just loved the English language, it was her hobby.
I worked in a big company for 4 years organizing courses and teaching at all different levels form non-speakers to high level, the people who I taught were : secretaries, shopfloor workers, managers, directors and so on. Since being back in the UK I've been teaching English and have just recently begun my own Italian courses, which are doing really well, my students are learning, making progress and most importantly enjoying themselves. actually from a 5 week taster they are dedicating themselves to a further 20 lessons! I work for a language academy in Kings Lynn.

Teaching Approach:

My approach is full of positivity and fun, knowing the boundaries and my expectations what I want for my students from my lessons. I always put myself in their position: what do I want from this? And how I want my lessons to be? to encourage students to take on, not only a language but a culture , away of life and may be I can one day use the language when I go on holiday or for work.
