Personal Description:
Highly experienced and effective Spanish teacher across the age and ability range with examiner experience. I am also Head of a large Languages faculty with experience across a number of different GCSE and A level specifications. I LOVE Spanish, and love to teach, travel (particularly in Latin America) and I own a home in Spain, in which I spend considerable periods of time throughout the year.
Teaching Experience:
Teaching Spanish 11-18. Outstanding outcomes particularly at GCSE and A level.
GCSE Examiner experience.
Head of a large MFL Faculty.
Teaching Approach:
I love to teach the things that you can actually use in the Spanish speaking world. I am also happy to be led by YOUR needs.
When it comes to examination preparation, my main focus is on strategy and identification of core skills to enable you to predict and prepare well for examinations (I do this particularly well) I can also provide the key content that you NEED to know. I know the specifications well and have extensive experience teaching/leading them. You are in safe hands.
