Information About Marisa - Stirling teacher

Personal Description:

I enjoy art, writing and singing. I love travelling and visiting other countries. I also volunteer with a local charity helping with the resettlement of refugees.

Teaching Experience:

I work with adult learning as a literacy and language tutor. I teach literacy and German with them. I also tutor privately with adults learning German or high school students sitting exams. I am also a qualified SQA assessor so am familiar with the Scottish exam board.

Teaching Approach:

I take an individual approach to learning and tailor my lessons to suit the student’s independence learning style and work with them to help meet their own personal goals. I use a varied of methods helping to develop listening, speaking, reading a d writing skills. I use worksheets, videos, reading books etc as means of developing language skills.
