I am French and lived in Spain for five years. I have a three year French university degree in Spanish, a European postgraduate degree in teaching foreign languages and the PGCE.
I am currently learning Hindi.
As a teacher, I have the experience of the PGCE, I taught in a secondary and a middle school for two years. I have been tutoring for around 20 years, one to one, small groups, after school clubs or classes in teaching establishments and businesses.
My approach to tutoring depends enormously on the student's age, wishes and needs. Except for the younger children, with whom I use a variety of methods, which appeal to the tactile and the visual, I encourage them to take part in a negotiated syllabus. but also insist on accurate production. For the adults I use mainly methods that are created by native linguists (written only in the target language), which I complement by using reputable text books and authentic material.
I also teach online.

The lessons are well prepared & structured with a good range of grammar and spoken exercises.
I highly recommend her if you are looking to significantly improve your Spanish language skills, whatever level you are currently at.
I enjoyed our first lesson and I am very much looking forward to continuing my lessons with you. You provided a structured approach to assessing my prior learning, whilst helping me fill in the 'gaps' and I feel confident that this is how I should like my learning to be managed. Many thanks.
