Personal Description:
My name is Esther and I am a Spanish tutor from Barcelona offering vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation lessons. My native language is Spanish, and I am also a language learner, currently learning French. I am fluent in Catalan and English.
Because of my love for languages, I studied translation, and I am currently studying to become a TEFL teacher.
Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching Spanish to my two children for the last few years, and I am currently teaching Spanish to adults on a regular basis.
On a personal level, I am very flexible, patient, calm, and very enthusiastic. I provide a relaxed and friendly environment, and I love planning ahead for my student lessons.
For the younger ones, I use vocabulary flashcards, videos, songs, and templates with new words.
Teaching Approach:
My teaching approach is very flexible, and friendly and I adapt the lessons depending on the level of Spanish. I also prepare activities taking into consideration the student's interests and needs.
