Personal Description:
I am a fully qualified teacher and tutor of German French & Spanish. I graduated from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford with a degree in German Language & Literature and then later from Edge Hill University with PGCE German with French. I have lived and taught in beautiful little German and French towns and have a passion for my subjects. Many former students have successfully gained places in reputable Universities including Cambridge. Similarly other students have gained so much from simply learning a language and using it abroad or with family.
Teaching Experience:
I have taught languages for over 25 years within the secondary school sector. I have examiner experience for speaking exams at both gcse & A level.
I have also had translation experience.
Teaching Approach:
My approach is simple: Enjoy! Be confident! Trust your abilities!
I coach unconfident learners to find pathways to succeed. I encourage highly enthusiastic and confident learners to be ambitious.
