Personal Description:

Hi,/ Cześć :) My name is Jolanta, and I`m a QTS Teacher of Polish and an online tutor. I`ve been living in Gloucestershire for the past 12 years. Therefore, I love my work and guarantee a high level of my teaching. Besides, I like `Arctic Monkeys` and drink hot chocolate :)

Teaching Experience:

I completed a 5 year university degree programme (MA & BA) and 3 years as a Ph.D student in Poland. I had to interrupt my studies because my husband accepted a position in the UK as a database programmer.
I was a teacher at the University of Gdansk and whilst there I taught phonetics in practical classes with students through two terms 2009/2010 and 2010/2011. At the same time I worked as a Polish Teacher in the Junior High School in Rumia. Also I was a teacher in the Sopot School of Polish for foreigners and taught the Polish language at all levels from basic to degree level.
Since I came to England in July 2011 I have taken various English courses for foreigners.
Currently I am working as a self-employed online tutor (QTS), which has given me an opportunity to improve my spoken English.

Teaching Approach:

I want to teach Polish language all British Citizens :) because Polish language is easy :) Check it out!

She is always very well organized, she is very good and patient at describing grammar and explaining vocabulary, and she makes lessons much more exciting because she combines language learning with interesting cultural references. Every lesson is a real pleasure, and I feel I am making progress after every class. Jolanta is very professional and very approachable. I would highly recommend her as a teacher.
