Information About Isabel - Epsom teacher

Personal Description:

I’m a teacher from Barcelona, Spain. During my teacher training, I was taught based in the latest methodologies applied to the teaching-learning process adapted to the current trends in Education.
I have the recognition as a qualified teacher (QTS) in UK, which in conjunction with my language skills in Spanish (mother tongue) and my degree and experience as a school teacher, I think it makes me a very suitable choice to work as a Spanish Teacher doing one to one lessons and small groups lessons for Primary and Secondary school's children, and adults.

Teaching Experience:

After getting my degree, I worked doing teacher supplies in different schools in Barcelona.
Four years ago, I moved to Luxembourg as I enjoy the possibility of knowing different countries and people. I was working there as a one to one Spanish Teacher. In September 2012, I came to live in the UK. I started working for some Education Agencies and I did temporary supplies works as a Teacher and TA in different schools in London in both stages, Primary and Secondary schools.
Currently I'm working in a permanent role as a Teacher of MFL (Spanish) in a Primary School in Epsom four days per week.
I would like to increase my work experience by helping children or adults to learn Spanish or improve their level.

Teaching Approach:

I consider computers and new technologies a very important asset to improve the learning process of the students. Also, I keep my skills updated about the different and innovative methodologies in Education (ways to do more interesting the lessons, how to encourage the students…).
I've got love for teaching and I considere that good observation, good communication and listening, kindness, patience and creativity are qualities that a teacher should have. Also, I have great ideas for different activities that get involved the students into the lesson in a a fun and effective way of learning.
