Personal Description:
I am a bilingual speaker of English and Dutch. Many years ago I turned this advantage into my profession. For over 25 years, I have been working as a freelance translator and editor in English, Dutch and German. Furthermore, I have been successfully teaching English at all levels.
I have a degree in English and am TEFL qualified. Apart from being fluent in English, Dutch and German, I also have knowledge of French, Italian and Arabic. In my experience having some knowledge of the student’s mother tongue can be very helpful indeed when explaining matters.
Teaching Experience:
I am available for one to one private lessons at a rate of £20 per hour (The first lesson is free).
If distance is a problem, lessons are also available via Skype/FaceTime/Google Hangouts.
Flexible hours if required.
Teaching Approach:
My lessons are entirely customised to your individual needs and requirements and are effective and, according to my students, very enjoyable.
