Personal Description:

I am native German speaker and have worked as a fully qualified teacher of German and French for the pas**Contact Detail Removed**ven years. I have lived in the UK for over fifteen years.
I originate from southern Germany and speak both southern dialect as well as standard German.

Teaching Experience:

I have taught German and French in independent and state schools to various levels and key stages (KS3 -KS5). I am experienced in one-to-one tuition as well as teaching larger groups of pupils. I am currently employed as teacher in a large secondary school.

Teaching Approach:

I am enthusiastic and committed to the needs and development of each individual. To motivate students, I have developed a range of interesting and relevant methods of teaching many aspects of Modern Foreign Languages for the ages of 11-18. I incorporate varying activities in my lesson plans to drive pupils’ progress and enthusiasm for Modern Foreign Languages. I am able to adapt these to meet the needs of pupils of all abilities, and I approach each individual in an encouraging and inspirational manner. I am able to meet the needs and diversities of individuals amongst the students and classes, and enjoy building up a rapport within a good working environment.
