Personal Description:
¡Hola! I´m a Spanish tutor originally from Colombia though I have three nationalities Colombian-Canadian-British. I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity of travelling both within America ( Colombia, United States and Canada) as well as Europe (Spain and England) where I have been able to use and explore different languages: Spanish, French, English, Catalan.
I really enjoy teaching and love to work with people.
Teaching Experience:
I have worked as a Music teacher at a Primary and Secondary levels as well as in Music Schools in Colombia. In Toronto, Canada I used to work as a private Spanish and Piano teacher with children from 7 to 12 years.
I am currently working 1:1 with pupils aged 10 -15 years and adults teaching them Spanish
Teaching Approach:
Language is communication! I think a learner needs to be immersed as much as possible in the language they are learning. My lessons are tailored to you depending on your needs. In my lessons I always try to create "real Spanish situations" to help you build up confidence to express yourself in Spanish.
