Personal Description:
I am Emila, a French native speaker teaching in a secondary school/college in South London. I teach all levels from Y7 to Y13 and I have experience in teaching university students. I have been in the UK for over four years and I enjoy teaching my language and culture to anyone who has an interest in it!

2017-18: Teaching assistant in St Michaels Holy Faith secondary school in Dublin, Ireland
2018-19: Fulbright scholar teaching fellow at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY, USA
2019-20: PGCE in Modern Languages - French and Spanish at UCL, London
2020-now: Languages KS3 coordinator teaching in a mixed comprehensive secondary school in South London (Y7 to Y13)
Teaching Approach:
I'm a firm believer of learning in having fun so I like to incorporate games, competitions and fun activities in my lessons. I also like using authentic material like books, news, films or videos to teach through culture.
