Personal Description:
I am a German National and have been living in the UK for 10 years. I am based in Swindon and have a teaching qualification obtained in Germany and gained 19 years of teaching experience.
I have been teaching in the UK at secondary schools, colleges, in companies and at the Ministry of Defence.
I can teach online via Webcam or at your home.
Teaching Experience:
I have experience in teaching different levels (KS3,4 and 5) and can teach students preparing for their GCSE exams and A-Levels with the major exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, etc.) as well as teaching adults (beginners, intermediate, advanced A1 - B2). I have been teaching students online via webcam by using Zoom, Google Meet and Skype for 7 years now.
Teaching Approach:
I approach each topic by covering all skills (reading, speaking, writing, listening) and use different materials e.g. past papers, text books, texts and videos from the internet, audios, role plays and games. I provide homework if necessary and advise on extra activities that would help learning.
I am patient, understanding and enthusiastic about teaching and can tailor lessons to your needs and personality.
