I have been teaching Korean language since 2012 in Japan, the UK, and Korea.
I speak Korean (native), English (fluent), Japanese (fluent; the highest level N1 of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test).
I am looking for passionate Korean language learners to study together with enjoyment.

Doyoung is a very genuine teacher who is very compassionate and caring—she is both relaxed and demanding at the same time, which is a perfect mix. Doyoung is also always extremely well prepared and she uses myriads of resources in her lessons in order to achieve optimum results. Studying with Doyoung is a privilege and I always look forward to our lessons. I greatly recommend Doyoung to everyone.

From Gloriana (5/5): I have been learning korean with Ms Doyoung for almost 2 years now. I must say I have learned a lot: I can read, make small sentences, understand simple conversations, and learned about culture and traditions in South Korea. Ms Doyoung is great teacher, very organized and attentive. Classes always have a logical order and are easy to follow. If you like and you can, she also leaves you homework, which is very helpful to me so I can practice what we saw at class and comeback with questions. If I have trouble or questions with homework we always resolve it together next class. We've gone through almost 3 books now with grammar, speaking and listening exercises; but it all depends on what you want to learn and your purpose. Ms Doyoung is also very friendly, kind and always has a great disposition. I'm very glad I chose her as tutor.
