Information About Dean - Southsea teacher - (5 reviews)
This is how 2 referees rated Dean:
I love languages and find that this influences the way I teach. I come from Wales but have lived in Hampshire for the last 12 years. I have 2 grown up children both of whom have studied languages to A level and one to Degree level.
I am a qualified teacher working in an oversubscribed school in Hampshire. I have a 1st class Honours Degree in German and Spanish and also a PGCE from the University of Wales, Cardiff. I have taught in a range of schools teaching various abilities and also undertaken private tuition.
I aim to make the experience enjoyable and relevant to the individual. Pupils will make rapid progress as I teach them how to manipulate key structures early on. I concentrate on confidence building, enabling students to start speaking in the new language from the first lesson. Taster lessons are available on request.

Having completed my A level, I'm very pleased with my grade. Dean helped me go from a C to an A which ensured I got my first university choice - Lancaster - to study Spanish and Business. Thanks Dean!
I have achieved an A in A Level Spanish thanks to Dean!! He brought me up from a low C to an A, thank you so much for getting me into university!
