Personal Description:
Hi, my name is Danielle and I have been privately teaching German for over 7 years. I've taught from GCSE to undergradua**Contact Detail Removed**vel German.
I have lived and worked in Germany and Austria, using my German language skills in context.
I have an MA in German Cultural Studies, from the University of Warwick and a BA Hons. German and History Studies, from the University of Lancaster.
I work at Jaguar Land Rover. I teach German in my spare time, persuing my passion for the German language and teaching.
Teaching Experience:
I have over 7 years private tuition experience, teaching GCSE, A-Level and Undergradua**Contact Detail Removed**vel German.
During my MA I lectured undergraduate German studies at the University of Warwick. I also lectured Business English at Vienna University of Business and Economics.
Teaching Approach:
I am patient, encouraging and creative. I keep the language in context and relevant to the students's needs. I believe I strongly empathise with my students and motivate them to learn to their full potential.

She identified key problems I was having that had slipped under the radar in group classes I'd taken before and has helped me focus on these. Her lessons have been really fun and immersive; for example, she's found articles in magazines about topics relevant to me and based the lessons around that which has been a super engaging way to learn!
As opposed to a native German, she's been through the pain of learning the language as an English speaker and so, has a tonne of great advice and tricks to help. Therefore, I highly recommend!
