Personal Description:
I am a committed and enthusiastic teacher who plans exciting and captivating lessons to engage students at every stage.
Teaching Experience:
I have valuable experience in teaching Romanian to a wide range of classes both in Romania and the UK, including The Romanian Cultural Institute in London, The Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, and other governmental institutions.
I prepared my students thoroughly for their A2/B2/C1 exams in such a way that they felt well-supported and confident in their revision. Most of them achieved A passes. I am also working as a GCSE examiner for OCR.
I have been tutoring students of various age groups coming from diverse ethnic backgrounds and motivated by a variety of reasons. I teach both one-to-one and group of students.
Teaching Approach:
I ensure that all my classes are fun and tailored to both students' interests and needs. My lessons are very well structured, and I use a wide range of learning and teaching strategies to enable students to become actively involved in their learning.

DanielaFrom Kieran (5/5): Daniela has been a fantastic tutor for me so far! Initially, she took the time to understand the ways I learn best and then tailored lessons towards this accordingly, whilst remaining patient and encouraging throughout. I've appreciated her preference to start with the basics but then to challenge me continuously as we go, giving me more things to learn and think about each week. I still have a long way to go to reach my language goals, but I'm confident I'll get there under Daniela's tutorage.

What I liked most was that Daniela was honest about the number of sessions needed and so we didn’t spend more time than necessary. She gave good feedback and revision tips. Thank you.

From Mark (/5): It's not easy learning a new language at any age but particularly the older you get. It takes time, commitment and stamina. But if you get the right teacher it easily becomes a real pleasure! :-) The first thing that you will find about Daniela is that she is professional and well structured, but this is only the foundation of her teaching style. The best thing for me is her joy of languages and what is more she loves when you are interested in learning. I have been working with Daniela for around 4 weeks and already my confidence is sky high, she is not only a great teacher but a lovely person. Thank you Daniela.
