Personal Description:
I am an experienced MFL Teacher with a passion for the German language and culture. Living and working in Germany for 2 years enabled me to develop my fluency. I worked at a boarding school as a teaching assistant and studied at Freiburg University.
Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching for 16 years and have taught all key stages in a range of secondary schools and a Sixth Form College.
Teaching Approach:
Beginning or mastering a language is a real challenge! So patience is key to my teaching method alongside effective modelling, explanations and the use of authentic materials. I teach a range of abilities, so personalised lessons are part of everyday practice for me.
