Personal Description:

I am a French national and I have lived in the UK for almost 20 years. I have a passion for languages and foreign cultures and I hope to share my enthusiasm with learners. By nature I am friendly, diligent and attentive to my students' needs - attributes I consider necessary to being a good tutor .

Teaching Experience:

I have been teaching French and Spanish over 15 years and my experience extends to different ages and levels, from key Stage to GCSE, A Level and even adults. I have built up an understanding of the barriers to learning a Modern Foreign Language for many students.

Teaching Approach:

If you are struggling or need some help to work to the best of your ability, I will strive to get you there, developing further your skills and practising on your speaking as well as your grammatical knowledge to improve your accuracy. My teaching methods vary quite a lot depending on the age of the learner but I aim at making my teaching interactive, using songs when possible, role-plays and lots of reading and writing practice using interesting resources. I hope I can help you achieve the best results.
