Information About Caitlin - Hebburn teacher

Personal Description:

I am an aspiring TEFL teacher studying Education BA (with Hons) so that I can teach English in South Korea within the next few years. I'm extremely hard-working and consciencious and I'm also learning Korean at the moment!

Teaching Experience:

I have a small amount of experience in a primary school but I have educated people in my previous day jobs such as educating customers on Korean and Japanese cuisine!

Teaching Approach:

My approach is to present the material to my students, have them practice through tasks such as a fill-in-the-blanks worksheet or a paired task using flash cards. Finally, I have students present their answers to me to see if they understood the work or not and to figure out an approach to assist their learning. These presentation tasks can be fun games for younger students, such as hangman, or can be a short presentation for older students who may want a more formal approach to their learning.
