Personal Description:
Hallo! My name is Arthur and I am from Austria. I am a native German speaker (with a neutral German dialect = Hochdeutsch) and I love teaching and learning languages. I have been living in England since 2020 and I have taught at both comprehensive and private schools, from beginners to A level. I have experience teaching students different backgrounds and adapt to the needs of my students. I believe that anyone can learn another language and I think it is important to have fun whilst doing it!

Year 10-11: GCSE/IGCSE German, Spanish, and French (up to Year 10); (EDEXCEL)

Teaching Approach:
My approach is very much focused on and adapted to each individual student. Nevertheless these are some more general aspects of my teaching approach:
- relaxed, fun, focused lessons: these are ideal conditions learning
- homework: flexible approach - is it necessary/possible in your case?
- as much TARGET LANGUAGE as possible (different for each student)
- GRAMMAR teaching: through content (vocab-based activities)
- VOCAB teaching: 2 stages: 1. passive 'taking in' of the content. (listening, reading 2. lots of active production of content. (speaking, writing); again, each student will need different focus
