Information About Ana - Saxmundham teacher

Personal Description:

I am Spanish from Madrid, and I was educated in a French school in Madrid. I therefore speak both languages fluently and know the culture well. I am outgoing, friendly and very passionate about helping people who appreciate the importance of learning other languages and discovering other cultures.

Teaching Experience:

I started tutoring from the age of 16 to earn pocket money. I studied at University in Spain, then in the UK, and I have been a teacher in the classroom since 1998. I have always continued with my tutoring in my spare time, helping students to learn for a variety of purposes such as exams, culture related, holidays, travel and business.

Teaching Approach:

I am a flexible teacher, fair but firm and I know that you would want to get value for money. I am very patient and will try a variety of ways to help you understand things. I believe that to learn a language well, you will need a good grammar base, and that in order to learn you must understand too. Languages have four skills you will need to focus on, so I will do this to create a continuity and a sense of progress. I believe that we all learn differently, I, myself, for example am a visual learner. I endeavour to work out your learning style to maximise your potential.
