Personal Description:

I have been working in multi-national environments for my entire working career. After testing out my English teaching skills tutoring Russian nationals in Moscow, I finally decided to start a career teaching English full time in 1999. Since then I've helped hundreds of people from all over the world improve their English skills from conversational to business English. I am passionate about the complexities of the English language and am delighted when I help students get the results they desire. Above all I like to ensure the lessons are enjoyable as well as educational!

Teaching Experience:

I've been teaching English to foreign students for 22 years.
As mentioned above, I started out teaching English to Russian nationals in Moscow, and upon returning to the UK I founded Just English Tuition, a company offering TESOL courses for foreign students. For four years, I managed 50 teachers of English across England as well as providing personal tuition.
I personally provided private English tuition to individuals and small groups on a sessional or homestay basis.
After this I spent 3 years teaching English privately to expats and corporate clients for exam preparation at all levels, including First Certificate and Cambridge Proficiency examinations.
Following that up to the present, I've been providing intensive and immersive English tuition to students from all over the world for 15-20 hours a week.

Teaching Approach:

Everyone is different, so I will modify structured lesson plans to suit student needs.
