Personal Description:
Doctorate in Chemical Engineering with specialization in Bio-Engineering from the University of Canterbury. Have been tutoring for over 12 years now. Tutored all levels (NCEA and University students), enjoy tutoring quite a lot and am quite flexible in the way I teach as different students have different levels of understanding and learning!
Tutoring Experience:
Offering speed-track summer courses in Math (Calculus, Statistics, Algebra or General Math), Chemistry (including Organic Chemistry), Physics and Biology. A good refresher during the break and getting you/your child in form for the next year! :)

She quickly coordinated a time to meet in person within one day, and reviewed all the material we had sent for her consideration. Clearly there is a reason she has such great recommendations from so many students and parents. Ultimately, our schedules could not align due to our preference for daily morning tutoring, however she was by incredibly professional and responsive. It was clear to us, just from our discussions she cares for each student, and seeks the very best for each of them. Neha is definitely a committed tutor, and our family would highly recommend.

Neha quickly identified what Belle needed to learn, how many lessons she would need and had her purchase revision books associated with the subject to get started. From Deanna (/5): Neha has been fantastic for helping my son with IB maths, physics and chemistry. She is well organised and although deals mostly with my son, Neha keeps me in the loop by confirming timings, etc. Neha always responds promptly to my emails. My son is feeling much more confident about his exams due to the time Neha spends with him. Neha has taken the time to understand where my son's gaps are and is doing a fantastic job at supporting him though this stressful time. Although the tutoring is online (we are in different cities), my son has no problem communicating and understanding the tutoring. Would definitely use/recommend Neha again.

Due to a miscalculation of the distance. 8 km+ from one end to a city to another in traffic hour is not an easy 8 km, we had to cancel actual tutoring.
We do however would like to recommend her.

I've asked to provide further clarity to this feedback. So just to put some light - 8km was the right distance calculated by First Tutors, but as Christchurch is a hilly and under construction city - this was not taken into account. We had our day and time organised for the complementary catch up session but unfortunately as the student and mum were still stuck in traffic the session was cancelled after the start time, hence we never had an opportunity to discuss further options of later than normal hours for the tutoring session.
Also not tutored for Elysha, I'm not sure if I'm in the right place to provide a feedback but hopefully this helps with the clarity.
