Personal Description:

I am empathetic to students, motivate and empower them to get better results.I am fluent in English as I was an Ielts trainer in India (Ielts Academic 7.5) and able to handle multi-cultural students and respect their culture and their uniqueness. I am an MBA specialized in Marketing and has teaching qualifications approved by NZQA levels 7 and 9 (350263-1). I am enrolled with education council and going through TER course in January -April 2019 which is mandatory for completing registration process. Understands Hindi,Malayalam and Tamil

Tutoring Experience:

I started my teaching career as a senior secondary school teacher in Botswana, Southern Africa for 6 years and taught Business Subjects (Cambridge Syllabus), from there I moved on to work with Botho University and taught for another two years and left Africa. Apart from that I continued with tutoring in Co-operative School of Law where I taught tertiary students BBA LLB(Hons.). I am having an industry experience as I was a customer care executive so much familiar to the practical aspect of management.

Tutoring Approach:

I would like to follow tutoring tailored to students' needs.Getting the students to know about the learning objectives and assessing whether they are able to achieve them and helping tertiary students to complete their assessments as I have enough experience in turnitin software to check the assessments as I worked with Botho University in Botswana(Southern Africa ).
I would like to work closely with the syllabus content and understand the content both in a theoretical aspect and practical aspect.
