Personal Description:

Hi there. I love music and I have a passion to pass on this love of music to others of all ages, through teaching piano.

Tutoring Experience:

I've been teaching piano since I was a teenager - more than 30 years.in total - mostly to children, but also to adults. Many of my pupils have taken the exam route, through the Royal Schools of Music, but others have opted to play for their own enjoyment, and proceeded at a more leisuely pace.

Tutoring Approach:

Learning the piano should be enjoyable, so I aim to tailor lessons to suit the pupil's goals, whether it's to play the piano just for fun, or for more serious study. Lessons are 30 minutes in length, and will include theory of music.
