Personal Description:
Hello, my name is Farah. I have been teaching for more than 17 years. I have taught students in countries such as New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, The United Arab Emirates and in India.
Tutoring Experience:
I have experience teaching New Zealand curriculum, American, UK and IB curriculum. For IB, I teach both AS and A levels. I have taught subjects such as English, Maths, Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Social Studies. I have experience teaching kindergarten, primary and high school students.
Tutoring Approach:
I believe in building positive relationships with students and their families. As a tutor, I feel that it is important to understand student's current abilities, knowledge and learning needs to develop their growth and progress. I believe in the importance of sharing regular feedback with the students and the parents. I guide students with homework, assignments, assessments, competitions, tests and exams.
