Personal Description:

I am a professional singer who has been singing for over 10 years. I am currently studying voice at the Schulich School of music at McGill University. Earlier in my career, I was on a Grammy-Award Winning recording. I also play baseball on the Varsity Baseball team at McGill.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught people of all ages (mainly students age 5-18) for the last 6 years. I have worked as a camp counselor, guest conductor, voice teacher, and sports coach with students.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that tutoring is about staying positive, finding the things that students have the most difficulty with and taking it step by step. The worst possible tactic is to approach everything at once and make the student feel overwhelmed. The more I can break up the material into small chunks, the better the student will understand the material overall.
