Personal Description:

Hello Team FirstTutors. My name is Yash and I am 23 years old. I am a Graduate student at Humber College, currently pursuing my majors is Supply Chain Management. I am a Process Quality Engineer with experience in the field of Quality Control and manufacturing sector. I am a self-starter and an effective communicator with ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions to facilitate process improvement. Mathematics has always been my passion and obsession since my childhood. My core competencies lies in working around numbers and using statistical software. This has helped me create a niche for myself in the areas of my interest.

Tutoring Experience:

My first experience in tutoring was when I carried out couple of training camps in Mumbai, India. I was 19 years of age and we set up camps of different subjects, wherein I was tasked with the responsibility of coaching mathematics to 8 students for 6 weeks. This was done in an alliance with a NGO.

Tutoring Approach:

My aim as a tutor is to create interest of learning the subject which I personally believe is the most essential part of studying a subject, along with evoking a sense of understanding and confidence while answering questions. I strongly believe that personal tutoring is the best form of learning and has unique value. Personally I am a decent chef, which I believe brings out the creativity in any undertaking.
