Personal Description:

I am a good ol' boy turned intellectual who learned the value of hard work in college. I am a Shakespearean actor with a love for the written word, so my expertise is in writing and English literature. I can also cover subjects such as social studies, AP World History, and geography.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. I became a Shakespearean actor and a writer after college. I have published my own manuscript, consulted on a soap opera, and co-wrote and starred in a record-breaking stage adaptation of Robyn Hoode. I currently work as a reading and geography tutor for underserved students with dyslexia.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to work from the ground up with students by planting seeds of information and building upon them throughout our tutoring sessions. I do my best to make my lessons relatable to my students by tying what we study to their own interests and offering plenty of encouragement during our lessons.
