Personal Description:

I was well-acquainted with heavy class loads and extracurricular activities as a high school and college student, so I was forced to develop efficient study strategies that I can now share with others. I used to help my friends with all kinds of academic subjects, including biology, math, and proofreading written assignments such as essays and research papers.

Tutoring Experience:

While I've never been a professional teacher or biology tutor before, I used to arrange group study sessions with my peers to review for exams. I frequently took on a leadership role in these meetings, explaining the material to my friends as if I was a teacher. I also have a bachelor's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biochemistry.

Tutoring Approach:

I love pointing to real-world examples when a student is struggling to grasp a particular concept. I also write my own quizzes to help me identify and address any misunderstandings that may not come up otherwise.
