Personal Description:

I am currently a graduate student at the University of Waterloo. I graduated from Harvey Mudd College, one of the top-ranked engineering colleges in the United States, in 2019 with a Batchelor of Science.

I'm very passionate about teaching, and have had experience teaching students from a variety of backgrounds.

Tutoring Experience:

-- 1 semester as a teaching assistant at the University of Waterloo (introductory linear algebra)
-- 3 years as tutor at Harvey Mudd College (introductory and advanced college-level math/physics courses)
-- 4 years tutoring students ages 8-14 (math, computer science, standardized test preparation, chess)

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring varies wildly based on the students' needs. Generally, tutoring sessions involve working through math or physics problems together with an emphasis placed on helping the student grow their mathematical toolbox.
