Personal Description:

My aim is to give students a safe space to talk about their challenges. I have worked with tutors myself, and have learned a lot about what to do - and what not to do! English tutoring is my specialty, including both reading and writing. I'm committed to giving students the attention that they need and to adjust my teaching style to their learning style. This makes for an open, trusting learning environment.

Tutoring Experience:

Though I'm mainly an English tutor, I have worked with kids of all ages, from kindergarten to high school. I currently work in a professional educational setting.

Tutoring Approach:

I give students an open, safe space to ask questions and discuss their academic abilities and challenges without fear of judgment. By being completely transparent, my students and I can work toward thorough comprehension of English topics together. We start with setting smart goals and move toward a more independent style of learning.
