Personal Description:

3rd year of Health and Physical Education Undergraduate and Concurrent Education for Junior/Intermediate (Grades 4-10). I love volleyball and lots of sports, if you need any help with exercises, getting into a routine, motivational skills, and healthy habits on top of all the other courses I offer I would be glad to speak with you about it :)

Tutoring Experience:

I have had 4 teaching placements (ie: Co-op, school placements) and recently this year joined the Brantford Catholic board as an emergency instructor. To note, I am catholic, however I will teach any child of any walk of life; Christian or not. Please let me know if you want religious beliefs included into your child’s education, or simply left out, I am happy to go either way for the success of your child. Finally, I am also a swim instructor so I have familiarity with teaching in and out of water, so if your child is curious about life guarding, First Aid or CPR, I would be happy to speak with them about that as well :)

Tutoring Approach:

I am a STUDENT FIRST type of tutor. This means I will have a consult meeting with my student for about 15-30 minutes to learn their likes and dislikes on how they learn best and get a better understanding on what they need help with. The goal is to ensure your child succeeds every time, I will do my very best to make that happen.
