Personal Description:

I believe that everyone can learn given the right circumstances. I strive to provide my students with expert guidance to help them discover the material by answering any questions they have as they arise. I am an English tutor who can help with anything from middle school English and reading to high school writing and college essay editing.

Tutoring Experience:

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in history and English. After that, I earned a master's degree in administration and supervision. I have more than thirty-two years of experience teaching in the classroom and clinical environments. I have taught secondary English to eighth through twelfth-grade students and journalism, and compensatory reading and writing.

Tutoring Approach:

I strive to provide my students with a safe, comfortable, and engaging learning experience. I get to know my students and what they are struggling to understand. Then, I help them using the tools and techniques that match their needs.
