Personal Description:

I am a dedicated, and experienced teacher that really enjoys working with children of all ages, all levels of study, and different learning abilities. As a math tutor, I am firm but always make sure to bring kindness, empathy, and patience into every tutoring session with my students. I love working with students to help them achieve their goals with a learning plan just for them.

Tutoring Experience:

I completed my undergraduate studies and obtained a bachelor's degree specializing in Elementary Education. I have worked with children of all ages, all over the world and my experience includes small group counseling, mentoring, tutoring middle school students, teaching in the classroom for students from kindergarten to grade 5, and also tutoring students from kindergarten to grade 12 online.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe in a structured classroom setting, but also believe that students should be allowed freedom within the boundaries that have been set. I think that every student is capable of learning and improving their performance. I like to get to know each student, what their goals and challenges are, in order to set up a tutoring plan for them.
