I speak several languages, including Korean, French, and Japanese. I can sympathize with students who are struggling to learn a language that they didn't grow up with. Tutoring Experience:

I received my bachelor's degree (pre-pharmacy) and my Pharmacy PhD. I speak several languages, including Korean and Japanese. I've taught students in a number of different capacities, but have learned over time that the more intimate setting that tutoring offers tends to suit me best.

Tutoring Approach:

As a Japanese tutor, I think I am pretty easy going. Learning a new language can be a challenge, and creating a space where a student can feel comfortable, and get past the anxiety that can accompany language acquisition is key.
