Personal Description:

I went to school for Biomedical Engineering because I loved both math and science and the major allowed me to fuse them. My courses emphasized how mathematical concepts could be applied within the sciences, knowledge I can share with my students as a math tutor by pointing out the real-world applications of whatever they're studying. It is my goal to transform every student I work with into somebody as passionate about learning and education as I am.

Tutoring Experience:

During my undergraduate education, I worked for a lab that modeled the cardiovascular system mathematically. I was put in charge of a research team, giving me firsthand experience in helping others pursue their goals. I also taught STEM subjects to high school students through a national program.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that there is no such thing as a student who can't do math, only students who have been taught to fear mathematics. I can undo this learned fear by establishing open lines of communication and teaching to my pupil's inna**Contact Detail Removed**arning style.
