Personal Description:

Working as a high school and college-level math and science tutor has been an amazing experience. I benefited from excellent science instruction since grammar school and would like to help others have the same experience because it really makes complex concepts less intimidating. As a physics tutor, I can assist you with your AP Physics 1 coursework or help you review your high school physics material.

Tutoring Experience:

I completed a bachelor's degree specializing in Pure and Applied Mathematics. I have experience tutoring college students in Calculus I to IV, General Chemistry I and II, Organic Chemistry I and II, Discrete Mathematics, and Physics I to II. In total, I have almost 4 years of experience tutoring high school and college level math and science.

Tutoring Approach:

I try to understand how my students learn and process in order to modify my instruction to fit their needs. I think that it is also important to bring patience and sensitivity into the classroom to create a comfortable learning environment for students. I start by helping students build a strong conceptual understanding of the subject.
