Personal Description:

I am a recent graduate who has a keen interest in science subjects such as physics, chemistry, and biology. In fact, I am a skilled biology tutor and have an impressive history of tutoring both professionally and informally. I try to develop a love of learning in all of my students and believe that the "why" of each topic is just as important as the "what".

Tutoring Experience:

I hold an undergraduate degree in Theatre Arts. In addition to my interest in liberal arts, I excel at tutoring biology in my spare time. I have experience tutoring both high school and college biology and have worked as an ACT classroom instructor for a test preparation company.

Tutoring Approach:

Central to my approach is connecting with the student in a meaningful way. I find ways to help my students learn naturally and often do so by tying the concepts we cover into their individual interests or goals.
