Personal Description:

I really like tutoring and helping other people understand subject matter which they are having difficulty with. For me, it is very uplifting that other people can make progress in their studies on account of my actions, and I like to know that I am making a positive difference in people's lives.

Tutoring Experience:

I am presently studying for my undergraduate degree. I am a math tutor and can teach subjects like algebra, arithmetic, middle school math, and geometry. Throughout my education, I've always been involved in the tutoring process, both as a tutor and a mentor, so tutoring is something that comes very naturally to me.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to focus on building a strong relationship with my students, I feel that this motivates them and at the same time it helps them let down their guard because often social pressures can get in the way of learning and education. I like to ensure that my students understand core concepts at a foundational level, so if they don't I will break problems down and have them work on them until they do have a strong grasp of what I am trying to communicate to them.
