Personal Description:

I am a physics tutor and believe every student has the power to succeed. I've taught students one or two at time in more advanced courses such as thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and statistical mechanics. With each tutoring session, I prepare lessons in detail to ensure they are as productive as possible and each student receives the attention they deserve.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and am currently a Ph.D. student. My GPA is 3.94 and I've won numerous awards for my academic success. I have eight years of tutoring experience and worked as a teaching assistant covering topics such as heat transfer, kinetics, and mass transfer.

Tutoring Approach:

It's important for students to gain confidence in what they can do. I reinforce the fundamentals, so they are able to find a strategy to tackle new problems. I aim for a fluid knowledge of the material. It's more important to know the basic concepts than focusing solely on specific problems to solve.
