Personal Description:

I am a licensed teacher. As both an educator and parent I have seen both sides of the education system and am therefore well-equipped to not only meet the needs of my students but also understand what parents expect from tutors and the anticipated outcomes they often seek. As a biology tutor, I can provide additional academic support at various levels, as well as subjects ranging from life sciences and high school biology to ecology.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a bachelor's degree specializing in Legal Studies. I also hold a master's degree in Education. In addition to being a licensed teacher, I have experience working as a special education teacher and have extensive experience in tailoring curriculums at various levels and for different subject areas for each individual student.

Tutoring Approach:

Teaching should never be informed by a one-size-fits-all approach. The specific needs of each student should be factored into the teaching approach, regardless of their level of study or their learning style. Every student is capable of learning, they just need patience and compassion in order to reach them.
