Personal Description:

I'm excited to work as an English tutor and help my students improve their abilities in English and Speech. I've also helped students learn test-taking strategies and have a track record of helping students prepare for standardized tests on which they have done excellently well. I have tutored students since I was in high school until now.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degrees in English Literature and Political Science. I was then a part of a volunteer program where I taught seventh-grade Composition. I'm a certified teacher for English grades 6-12. I enjoy being an English tutor and helping students with things like essay construction, literary analysis, argumentation, and creative writing.

Tutoring Approach:

Tutoring gives me the chance to empower each student to be great, whatever that means for them. Every one of my students has the potential to succeed, and it is my job to give them opportunities for that to happen. Since being comfortable sharing their struggles is essential to students, I start our sessions by getting to know them better.
