Personal Description:

I have a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (2017) focussed on anti-cancer research. During my research, I designed and synthesized organic molecules, and helped in anti cancer drug discovery. I used statistical and machine learning models to design molecules, so I am very good at both Chemistry and Math. I also have a masters degree in Data Science.

Tutoring Experience:

I was a teaching assistant during my Phd for 5 years (2011-2016), and taught undergraduate and master students. Other than that, I have tutored high school students in Maths and Chemistry since my Masters.

I also help students and professionals who want to lean Python and Machine learning and transition their career to Data Analyst/ Data Scientist.

Tutoring Approach:

My mom has helped and tutored primary and secondary grade students most of her life, and thats how I learned to help students with providing lessons. My approach is to see what concepts students are lacking, and then make sure they understand it well. I do not believe in memorizing things. I go through recommended books and solving practice tests and book back questions to make sure students grasp the idea well.
