Personal Description:

I am an English tutor who enjoys helping people prove to themselves that they are fully capable of mastering a subject. If they tell me they 'hate' math, for example, I take it as a challenge to change that. I bring a unique style to tutoring and often infuse humor into my sessions. To ensure my students stay motivated and are thoroughly stimulated, I like to connect the content with real-life examples.

Tutoring Experience:

I completed my undergrad with a degree in Chemistry (Hons.), after which I traveled extensively and studied several topics independently. I am capable of tutoring students who need help with college-level algebra, chemistry, and English. I am also able to assist students in high school and other various levels.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that many students have not been taught on how to study properly. One of my major responsibilities as a tutor is to identify main concepts and help my students delve deeper into these ideas.
