Personal Description:

I enjoy everything about language acquisition including helping other people learn how to speak French! I can help with all levels of the language, including French 1-4, Conversational French, and how to compose French essays. I am also something of a standardized exam guru, so I can help students prepare for their AP French Language and Culture Exam as well.

Tutoring Experience:

I double-majored in French and Political Science and lived in France, so I believe that I have the language skills to act as an effective French tutor. I have experience tutoring young children between the ages of 8 and 10 at an afterschool program in France called "Les Enfants de la Goutte d'or" and also help my French-speaking friends learn English in my spare time.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe in introducing fresh material slightly more quickly than the traditional classroom setting might. Classrooms have limitations, and I want to help my student take full advantage of having the undivided attention of a 1-on-1 tutor.
