Personal Description:

I am an economics tutor for students of all ages. In addition to courses such as high school and college economics, I am also available to help students prepare for standardized exams.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in international economics and my graduate degree in strategic management. I have been tutoring for almost twenty years.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe my primary role is to facilitate true understanding of a concept by breaking it down into more manageable components. I lead by example to help students build their confidence by embodying the 'I can do this' attitude.

When I begin working with a student I like to take the time to get to know each other and establish an understanding of their academic strengths and weaknesses in order to formulate a program of study that will allow the student to make efficient progress towards their academic goals. I also get to know their interests so that I can provide relevant, engaging examples.
